  • Handle telephone calls and general inquiries including arrange clinical & surgery appointments
  • Manage hotlines and walk-in customers
  • Handle cashiering duties and shop sales
  • Maintain the client information database


  • DSE / Form 5 or above
  • 1-2 years of work experience in hospitality and pet care industry preferred but not essential
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Cantonese
  • Mature, friendly, outgoing and able to work under pressure
  • A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Stable working hours, 5-day work-week on roster basis
  • Will be assigned to work at different vet clinics throughout HK, Kowloon, New Territories on public holidays/weekends
  • Genuine interest in the welfare of all animals
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
