The Aura Lab
Jolene is a fitness and health coach with 9 years experience. She has helped students achieve their goals using combinations of Yoga , Barre, Pilates and bespoke personal training. Her style also includes meditation and sounds healing to help students achieve peace and relaxation. Her goal is to help others achieve a sustainable and balanced level of health for both mind and body.
Dog Yoga Class
Bonding with our dogs is very important. We know they feel our energy and they feel ours. Working with our dogs through yoga movements and stretches helps us build that bond and share energy through gentle exercise together.
Please note that yoga mats are not provided; please bring your own.

The Dog Runner – Aileen Wong
Aileen is a seasoned personal trainer, group class instructor and dog lover. Her passion lies in helping others reach their full potential, both physically and mentally.
A former semi-professional footballer and triathlete, Aileen has a deep understanding of the demands and rewards of athletic training. She has also honed her skills as a spinning instructor, and currently teaches Boxing and Strength and Conditioning in Hong Kong.
Aileen is a Lululemon Ambassador, NASM-certified Personal Trainer, and Master Trainer. Her commitment to delivering innovative and effective training programs is evident in her approach to fitness. She is the founder of IncluFit, an initiative that provides fitness training for special needs children, and the co-founder of MINDFIT, a program designed to help individuals connect their mind and body.
Aileen is a vocal advocate for inclusivity and mental health. She has shared her journey as a member of the LGBTQ+ community through public speaking engagements and podcasts, and has presented fitness group classes and courses around the world.
What to Expect:
- Meet and Greet: We’ll start at the SPCA in Wanchai (5 Wan Shing Street), where you can leave your bags safely.
- Head to the Pier: From there, we’ll make our way to the Wanchai Pier.
- Run at Your Pace: Enjoy a 3-5km run at your own and your dog’s pace. Whether you’re a seasoned runner or just starting out, everyone is welcome!
- Recharge and Celebrate: After the run, we’ll head back to SPCA Wanchai for some refreshing electrolytes and exciting prizes from our sponsors.
- Group Photo: We’ll cap off the event with a group photo to remember the day.
- Pick Up Your Bags: Finally, you can grab your bags and head home feeling accomplished and energized!
All levels are welcome. Walk, jog or run with your dog! All donations will go to SPCA to support their mission of rescuing and caring for dogs in need. Lace up your shoes, leash up your pup, and let’s run for a good cause!

The class kicks off with a warm-up to prepare your body for action, followed by two invigorating sessions on the Microformer, Dumbbell and Kettlebells. This class emphasizes not just strength but also core stability, helping you develop a well-rounded fitness routine. Finish off with a cool-down that allows you to relax and stretch, leaving you feeling revitalized and accomplished.

Feel the burn in the first 20 minutes as we lead you through a yoga flow. Then, amp up the intensity with 20 minutes of High Intensity Interval Training dedicated to get your heart rate up and build endurance. Finally, get treated to a stretch in the final 20 minutes of the class as you reset those muscles.
4pm – 5pm Dance & Flow
Warm up in the first 20 minutes as we lead you through a yoga flow. Then, amp up the intensity with 30 minutes of Cardio Dance to your favorite pop hits, dedicated to get your heart rate up and build endurance. Finally, get treated to a stretch in the final 10 minutes of the class as you reset those muscles.
