• Order will be accepted base on photo submission time. Vibe Photo Art will send you an email to acknowledge your photo is accepted or not, and provide estimated delivery if the order is confirmed. Please note that the production lead time for custom-printing and stretching canvas is 7 business days, plus 3 business days for handling and shipping (it takes a total 10 business days to deliver). No urgent order will be confirmed.
• Printing of canvases are made individually, and they are non-refundable or reprinting are unavailable.
• Vibe Photo Art will deliver the Photo Art Kit to you by SF express or EF Locker (Delivery fee is not included and to be paid by Receivers).
