Terms & Conditions:

1. The above offer is only applicable to the existing SPCA Annual Family and Annual Adult Members. The offer is applicable only once for every Annual Family and Adult Memberships.
2. Waiver of Membership Renewal Fee Procedure:
   • Blue Cross (Asia-Pacific) Insurance Limited ("Blue Cross") will provide policy holder’s SPCA membership information including surname and membership number to SPCA within three months upon policy issuance.
   • Upon receiving such information from Blue Cross, SPCA will waive the fee of the annual individual membership renewal for the following year or the member can redeem a one-year family membership renewal for just HK$100.
   • The annual membership of SPCA members will be automatically renewed upon successful insurance enrolment, and the members are not required to complete a membership renewal form.
   • SPCA Membership Department will notify SPCA members of their new membership expiry date via email within one month of receiving necessary information from Blue Cross.
   • Special circumstances: As it is necessary for Blue Cross to process members’ information before providing it to SPCA, SPCA Annual Members may find that their membership will have expired before the waiving of the renewal fee. In this case, members will be required to renew their membership as usual to access SPCA services such as veterinary, boarding, adoption services, etc. Once Blue Cross officially provides members’ information to the SPCA, SPCA Membership Department will directly contact the affected members for promotion arrangements.
3. Prior to the completion of the automatic membership renewal, should the successful members require the services from SPCA such as veterinarian service, boarding service, or adoption service, etc. The SPCA reserves the right to request the members to renew their membership by settling the membership for the year in advance.
4. Offer is valid for the effective date of the policies must fall between 1 September 2021 and 31 December 2024, both dates inclusive.
5. Blue Cross reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions without prior notice. In case of any dispute, Blue Cross reserves the right for final decisions.
