Gentle, Cute, TalkativeHello, my name is Noir! I was found wandering at the gate of a residential estate in To Kwa Wan on 5 September when a concerned passerby reported it to the inspectors. I was quite poorly at the time so it was lucky I was able to get the care and treatment I needed at the SPCA! Now that I am doing much better, I would love to go to a loving forever home. Please come visit me and see if we make a good match!
