Active, Adorable, Friendly, Handsome, Curious, Energetic, PlayfulHi, my name is Cowboy! I was found hiding in a ditch for 2 to 3 days, and a concerned passerby reported it in when they noticed that my mother was nowhere in sight. The inspectors rescued me in September and I was found to be fit for rehoming! Come visit me and see if we make a good match!
