Quiet, Shy, MellowHello, my name is Betty! I was rescued by inspectors and firefighters from the 11th floor of a residential building when my owner was out of the country. When they returned, they decided to surrender me to the SPCA. I hope my next owner will take better care of me and love me for the rest of time, as pets are a lifetime commitment.
