Introverted, Kind, LovelyHello, my name is Owen! I was found hiding in the car engine of a parked car in a Central car park. Thankfully, the inspectors came to my rescue and it was lucky that they did too, as I was quite poorly and desperately needed treatment. After getting the care I needed from the veterinary team, I am doing much better and would love to go to a loving home soon! Please come visit me and see if we make a good match!
