Active, Friendly, Positive, HappyHi, my name is Neo! I was found as a stray and surrendered to the SPCA in August 2024. It was initially thought that I was a lost dog as I am super friendly to people and love to play. But after a Lost & Found call was put out, no one came forward to claim me. I now wait at our Wan Chai Centre for my forever home. Come visit me and see if I am your chosen one!
