foster parent seminar

There are many reasons that animals need to be fostered. Some need a quiet home to recover from illness or surgery; others are newborns that have to be fed around the clock; and some just need a much-needed break from a stressful shelter environment.

Every year, the SPCA fosters more than 700 animals and we are always in need of additional homes to provide the extra care that these animals need.

This seminar will provide the insight and practical skills needed to foster the young, sick, or long stay. Attendees will also hear first-hand from existing foster parents about the rewards and challenges of helping look after these much-in-need animals.
