My pet is sick but it is an Emergency?

It is difficult and unwise to try to list conditions that are emergencies as each situation is different, but problems such as difficulty giving birth, not passing urine, prolapsed eye, breathing difficulty, open wounds, poisoning or traffic accidents generally require immediate treatment.

領養程序: bit.ly/42u9Znu

希望你參加「助養動物計劃」 (bit.ly/3sp7CmC).

[Adopt Us: Bonded Pairs 🐱 ]
Bonded pairs are feline friends who rely on one another for comfort and companionship. These adorable duos often share a special bond that goes beyond the typical friendship, relying on one another for comfort, security, and companionship.

You’ll often find bonded pairs grooming, napping, and playing together. This strong attachment can occur between littermates, a mother and offspring, or even unrelated cats! Separating them could cause stress, anxiety and/or depression.
Would you have space in your heart and home to not just one, but two furry friends? Meet these bonded pairs at our adoption centres to learn more.

To see more of our animals available for adoption: https://bit.ly/465VKrc
SPCA Tsing Yi, Wan Chai, Kowloon and Sai Kung adoption centres are open every day 11am-5:30pm (no appointment required).
Adoption process: bit.ly/42u9Znu

Can’t adopt? Rescue animals need your help. The SPCA relies on the public’s donations for our daily, medical, and training needs. Please support us by joining the Animal Sponsorship Programme (bit.ly/3sp7CmC).

Lost Tortoise Reunited — Thanks to the Public for Reporting! 🐢

A few days ago, a hiker called our hotline to report a giant tortoise spotted along a remote hiking trail on Lantau Island. Our SPCA inspector was immediately dispatched to the scene and successfully located the tortoise. As the area was quite remote, our team had to walk a long distance and then work together to carry the tortoise back to our vehicle parked further away.

Fortunately, the tortoise’s owner realised it was missing, and after seeing posts on social media, discovered that it had been rescued by the SPCA and got in touch with us.

Today, the owner visited the SPCA Tsing Yi Centre, and after a check-up by our veterinary team, was happily reunited with their tortoise.

A big thank you to the member of the public who reported the sighting and to our dedicated team for making this happy ending possible! 🫶

[Adopt Me – Bei Bei]

Hello, my name is Bei Bei! I was found wandering around Lau Fau Shan, around midnight on 12 December 2024, with a rather nasty wound to my neck. Luckily the inspectors came to my rescue, and the veterinary team were able to give me the care and treatment I needed to make a full recovery. But now that I am doing much better, I have been with the SPCA for a year now and would just love to find a loving home of my own soon.

Although I have these big, sad puppy dog eyes, I am a calm, friendly and food-motivated boy, so training should be a breeze! Come visit me to see if we make a good match!

Rescue animals need your help. The SPCA relies on the public’s donations for our daily, medical, and training needs. Please support us by joining the Animal Sponsorship Programme (bit.ly/3sp7CmC).
