Established by the Society for Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (Hong Kong), Adoption Date is a free new interactive platform to connect our rescue animals including dogs, cats, and small animals in our shelters with prospective adopters, finding caring foster parents and creating a positive social impact to animal welfare.
SPCA: Adoption Date allows users to:
- Express your interest in adopting or fostering our animals.
- Explore our animals interactively and spread the word to loved ones.
- Stay updated with push notifications about animals ready for fostering.
- Be the first to know about our upcoming events.

How to delete User Account & Data in Adoption Date App:
1. Navigate to user profile by pressing the top right profile image.
2. Press “Delete Account” and follow the on-screen instructions.
Request for User Account & Data deletion:
If you choose to delete your Account, your Account data shall be removed from the App. Users may create a new account if they wish to use the Adoption Date App again.

To close your account, you are invited to send us an email to adoptiondateapp@spca.org.hk with the subject ‘termination’. Please also provide us with your:
- Login email
- User profile information (First Name and Last Name)
- Reason for deletion
We will contact you and confirm once account deletion has been completed.
