My pet is sick but it is an Emergency?

It is difficult and unwise to try to list conditions that are emergencies as each situation is different, but problems such as difficulty giving birth, not passing urine, prolapsed eye, breathing difficulty, open wounds, poisoning or traffic accidents generally require immediate treatment.

立即捐款: bit.ly/44ogiXF

[Venji’s Happy Ever After: Third Time’s A Charm ✨]

We’re thrilled to share the heartwarming journey of Venji, a beautiful German Shepherd who was unfortunately surrendered by 2 of her previous owners before finding her happy ever after.

As fate would have it, Venji’s current owners had just lost their loyal German Shepherd companion, and although they had no intention in adopting so soon, the thought of Venji being surrendered again or living out her days at the shelter was too much to bear, and Venji found her forever home!

Adopting Venji wasn’t without challenges, but her family embraced them with love and patience and as a result, Venji has blossomed into a loyal companion over the past five years.

Her owners would like to remind us that every pet deserves a chance, no matter their past - “Nothing is perfect, but I think love can overcome all these [difficulties].”

Remember, keeping an animal is a lifelong promise. Let’s choose to be responsible pet owners and give these wonderful animals the love they deserve! 🏡💖

Get to know the animals at our adoption centre: bit.ly/4owKriJ

If you’re not ready to adopt, you can still help by donating to support the daily needs of animals waiting for their forever homes. Donate now: bit.ly/44ogiXF

Hunter!🐶

From Rescue to Rebirth — Hunter’s Story 🐾

Woof~ Hi, I’m Hunter! 🐶
When I was only a few days old, I was abandoned on the streets of Tin Shui Wai in December 2022. Thanks to our SPCA Inspectors, I was rescued just in time — otherwise, I might never have had the chance to experience the world!

I’m positive, playful, and full of energy — I like to bounce around to get people’s attention. If we become friends, I won’t hesitate to jump up to greet you and show you how much I love you!

I enjoy playing with other dogs, especially smaller ones who match my energy. Come visit me at the SPCA Hong Kong Centre or
