Adorable, Gentle, Laid BackHello, my name is Icy! I was found at a park in Fanling by a kind passerby on 2 May 2025. I was underweight and poorly, so the kind stranger took me for a check up before transferring me to the SPCA. Now that I am doing much better, I am ready to go to a loving forever home.
