The Animal Care Badge for Cub Scouts and Scouts was launched in 2009 as a joint project between the SPCA and the Scout Association of Hong Kong.
This programme aims to educate youth about understanding of animals and thereby nurturing a sense of love and care for animals while raising awareness of animal welfare issues.
