SPCA Summer Camp: Animal Exploration
The SPCA organised its first Summer Camp at the Tsing Yi Centre in August 2024. Specially designed for children aged 6-11, the 2-3 day camp offers an excellent opportunity for children to learn about pet care and animal welfare.
Activities Highlight
- Immerse into a 270-degree interactive learning experience
- Visit the clinic for animals and get hands-on simulated surgery. Our vet will share knowledge on animal first aid and healthcare
- Hear real-life animal rescue stories from SPCA inspectors and take part in simulated animal rescues using different equipment
- Learn how to train and care for dogs, including dog walking and interaction, from our professional dog trainers
- Create hand-made toys for dogs and cats
- Visit adoption facilities (dogs/cats/exotics) and meet our animals awaiting adoption
- Meet and greet our Dog Ambassador

SPCA Immersive Classroom
Hong Kong’s first immersive classroom dedicated to animal education and welfare enables participants to engage in different interactive environments and games to explore the animal kingdom through a 270-degree immersive experience.
Education Talks & Tours
SPCA believes education is an important means of cultivating an individual’s respect for life and love of animals, thereby the Education Talks educate participants regarding the needs and feelings of animals and arouse public awareness on animal welfare issues.

Our pet-care talks are tailor-made to fit your needs! We regularly offer talks on the care of hamsters, rabbits, turtles, cats or dogs or other specific topics on animal welfare.
