Tsing Yi Centre Venue Facilities – FAQ

There are many options, including Conference Room (> 1,500 sq ft), 3 classrooms (~ 450 sq ft), an exhibition area (~ 400 sq ft), and a rooftop space (6,400 sq ft).

It is recommended to book our venues at least 3 months in advance, as availability can be limited on certain dates.

The rental fee typically covers the use of the event space for a set number of hours. It also includes tables, chairs, Wi-Fi, a TV screen, and sound system.

If you book the Roof, a max of 3 parking spaces will be available for free. Others will have to pay a parking fee of HK$20 per hour (subject to availability).

You can bring in your own food for your event. Alternatively, we can arrange catering for you with an administrative charge of 10%. Please specify your requirements in your booking form.

Rental periods include time for load-in, setup, the event itself, and cleanup afterwards.

We recommend that you obtain event liability insurance to cover any injuries or damages that may occur during your event.

We are happy to provide tours of the venue so you can evaluate the space in person before booking. Please contact facility@spca.org.hk to schedule a visit.

A 100% pre-payment is required prior to using the facility. No refunds will be given for any changes.

We provide in-house A/V equipment such as microphones, speakers, and LED video walls/interactive panels. The cost of these is included in the rental fees.

We can arrange for decorations and customizations, but additional charges may apply.

We offer a 20% discount for all non-profit making organizations.

If Typhoon Warning Signal No. 8, 9, 10, or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is in force within two hours prior to the start of the booking period, the event shall be rescheduled. The applicant can reschedule the event within six months of the original date, subject to availability and confirmation by the SPCA. No refund will be provided.

Certainly, you are welcome to take photos and videos during the event.
