- The promotional period runs from today until all gifts have been distributed.
- Gifts are limited in quantity and will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last.
- All photos, and product specifications are for reference only and the details of the actual product shall prevail.
- Gifts will be sent to the mailing address provided within 10 to 12 business days after the donation is received.
- If no valid address is provided, the gift will be considered forfeited.
- Gifts are non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and cannot be converted into cash.
- SPCA (HK) is not responsible for any loss, delay, or damage of the gift during delivery, and replacements will not be issued.
- One-off donation of HK$380 or more to Animal Sponsorship Programme or sign up for a monthly donation of HK$100 or more (Any donation programme) are eligible to receive the gift. Under no circumstances will donations be refunded.
- SPCA (HK) reserves the right to make the final decision in case of any disputes related to the promotion. SPCA (HK) reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
