Enthusiastic, Popular, Positive, Happy, Joyful, CheerfulHello, my name is Fluffy! I was found abandoned in my pet bag, outside Maritime Square in Tsing Yi, in December 2025. Despite being able to track down my previous owner, they decided to surrender me to the SPCA. I hope my next owner will carefully consider whether they can give me the care I need before deciding to take me home, as I don't think my little heart can take being abandoned again.
