Active, Friendly, ShyHi, my name is Chopper! I was found by a concerned passerby in Liu Pok Tsuen with a suspected bite wound on my neck on 2 November 2025. Thankfully, they called the inspectors to come to my rescue and I was able to get the veterinary care and treatment I needed. Now that I am doing much better, I wait patiently for my loving forever home at the Tsing Yi Centre. Please come visit me and see if we make a good match!
