Active, Adorable, SociableHello, my name is Bell! I was found by a member of the SPCA staff outside the SPCA centre on 3 March 2026. Thankfully, they took me in for safekeeping and I was able to get the medical care and treatment I needed. Now that I am better, I would love to find my happy ever after - could that be with you?
