Adorable, Handsome, Charismatic, TimidHello, my name is Lil Bro! I was left behind in a flat, under poor conditions with a few other cats, and no food or water. Thankfully, the SPCA could take us in and we were able to get the care and treatment we needed. I am now ready for my second chance at a happy ever after - please come visit me and see if we make a good match!
