Adorable, Happy, ShyHello, my name is Mulan! I was rescued from a drainage ditch in Lung Kwu Tan on 15 November 2025. My mother was nowhere in sight, so it was lucky that a concerned passerby reported this to the inspectors and I was able to get the help I needed. Now that I am safe and sound, I am ready to find a loving forever home. Please come visit me and see if we make a good match!
