大埔火災第8日奇蹟救出嘅貓貓 終於出 大埔火災第8日奇蹟救出嘅貓貓 終於出院同主人團聚啦！ 🐱💕 大家仲記唔記得？火災發生後第8日，搜救隊喺重重瓦礫之中，成功救出兩隻堅強生還嘅貓貓——小黑仔同豬仔！💪🏻 佢哋留咗喺愛協灣仔中心醫院接受治療同照顧，佢哋而家都已經出院，返到主人懷抱❤️ 我哋亦都將善心市民捐出嘅寵物用品送咗俾豬仔嘅主人，希望可以喺呢段艱難時期，為佢哋帶嚟少少溫暖同支援。 豬仔主人話，火災之後日日喺屋苑附近搵佢，以為豬仔走咗出大廈逃生，點知原來佢一直匿喺屋企電視櫃後面，直到第8日先俾搜救隊發現！ 如果你係大埔火災中受影響嘅寵物主人，需要任何支援，歡迎填寫以下表格：👉🏻 bit.ly/4oOf9mu 我哋正積極籌備建議，向政府提出改善災難中動物處理流程，希望未來無論人或動物，都可以喺災難中獲得及時嘅拯救同支援。🙏🏻 The two cats miraculously rescued on Day 8 of the Tai Po fire have finally been discharged and reunited with their owners! Do you remember? On the 8th day after the fire, our rescue team successfully saved two resilient cats — Siu Hak Jai and Chu Jai! 💪🏻 They were taken to SPCA’s Wan Chai Hospital, where they received medical treatment and care. Now, both of them have been discharged and are back in the loving arms of their owners. We also delivered donated pet supplies to Chu Jai’s owner, hoping to bring them a little warmth and support during this difficult time. Chu Jai’s owner told us they were searching around the area every day after the fire, thinking he had escaped the building. But it turns out he had been hiding behind the TV cabinet at home all along — until the rescue team finally found him on Day 8! However, it is not uncommon to have bonded pups too! Unfortunately, bonded dogs have a much harder time of getting adopted together due to their size. Right now, at the SPCA, we have two pairs of bonded siblings who would love to go to their forever home together; sisters, Mui Chu and Callie, who were abandoned outside the SPCA Mui Wo Clinic, in a cardboard box on 3 November 2025, and brother and sister, Leo and Luna who were found together in a drainage ditch on 30 November 2025. If your heart and home have room for two adorable pups, consider bringing Mui Chu and Callie or Leo and Luna into your life! While they may be cute and small now, remember that they will grow into wonderful adult dogs. Please take some time to think about whether you can provide the love and care they deserve for a lifetime.
