Being the frontline of the Veterinary Services Department, the Customer Services team are here to make you and your pet feel welcome. The team is trained in veterinary reception skills and its members handle enquiries regarding all aspects of the Society’s work to the best of their ability.
We can assist with booking clinic and surgical appointments together with grooming and boarding services. Retail shops are located in all our veterinary clinics and adoption centres and our staff are on hand to provide suggestions on the best retail products for your pets.
