Today, SPCA and 21 animal welfare and concern groups call upon a press conference to announce the formation of "Stop Illegal Animal Traps Alliance (S.I.A.T.A.)", and to condemn the use of illegal animal traps which caused much injuries to cats, dogs and other animals. The use of illegal animal trap is also against the law.
S.I.A.T.A. has set up a dedicated facebook page to allow volunteers and members of the public to learn more about illegal animal traps. Four-Eye Jai, a surviving victim, also attended the press conference to share his story
