After almost a decade of work, SPCA (HK) has officially entered China through a new partnership with a local homing center in Shenzhen.
Having a physical presence in China will enable SPCA to promote animal welfare more effectively and directly.
It will also allow us accelerate our education efforts in China, targeting not only young people, but also the general population. We will also proactively reach out to lawmakers, government officials and veterinary associations in China to effect positive animal welfare change in the country.
