What can I do to help?

The Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (Hong Kong) [SPCA (HK)] takes on the responsibility to reveal the inhumane facts of commercial seal hunting to the general public in Hong Kong.

SPCA (HK) is on the continual call for public support to the online petition campaign. "With huge support from the public, we can put forth a big voice to the government asking to ban the import of seal products through Hong Kong," says Sandy Macalister, Executive Director at the SPCA (HK). "Hong Kong as the major springboard for products going into the Mainland market, a closure on this springboard will bring an end to this extremely cruel business happening in Canada."

"I think the Canadian Fur Seal Hunt is cruel and unnecessary. To stop this inhumane, I call for a ban of import of fur seal products into Hong Kong."
