| Enrolment Procedure |

- Enrolment can be accepted by online, post or fax.
- Enrolment forms must be returned by post or fax on or before January 18, 2010 to the SPCA(HK) Fundraising Department, 5 Wan Shing Street , Wan Chai, Hong Kong. Fax: 3019 7445
- Enrolment free HK$380 can be submit in the form of cheque/ bank in slip or credit card.
- Upon receipt of enrolment form and fee, a confirmation slip will be sent to all participants by post or email. Participants must bring along the confirmation slip on the day of the event.
- If any, Sponsorship form should be completed and return with sponsorship fee on or before February 28, 2010. Sponsorship fee can be submit in the form of cheque/ bank in slip or credit card. We kindly suggest a sponsorship fee of $500.
- SPCA(HK) has absolute discretion on the acceptance of all entries.
