Discount on Hong Kong Disneyland 1-day Park Tickets

All participants of Family Wag ．N' Walk to Save Animals 2010 @ Hong Kong Disneyland Resort will be entitled to a special discount on purchasing 1-day park ticket. Simply present the "Wag 'N' Walk to Save Animals 2010 Passport" issued by Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (HK) at the Hong Kong Disneyland Main Entrance Ticket Booths upon ticket purchase from 31 January 2010 to 31 March 2010 (except 15-18 February 2010). Each Passport can be used to purchase up to four Park tickets at the discounted price. Park tickets valid on the date of purchase only. Please refer to the table below for the prices of 1-day Park tickets:

SPCA Family Wag ．N' Walk to Save Animals 2010 @ Hong Kong Disneyland Resort Ticket Offer Terms & Conditions
  1. This offer is valid from January 31, 2010 - March 31, 2010 ("Promotion Period") except for February 15 -18, 2010, which are block out dates.
  2. This offer is only available to guests who are participants of SPCA Family Wag ．N' Walk to Save Animals 2010 @ Hong Kong Disneyland Resort ("Eligible Guests").
  3. Eligible Guests who present their "Wag 'N' Walk to Save Animals 2010 Passport" issued by Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals ("Passport") and such personal identification, and provide such personal data, as Hongkong International Theme Parks Limited (：HKITP；) may require for the purposes of verification, will enjoy a HK$100 discount on the published price for the purchase of 1-day admission ticket to the Hong Kong Disneyland Park during the Promotion Period (：Discounted Park Tickets；) irrespective of age. Each Passport can only be used once to purchase up to four Discounted Park Tickets. Passport shall be marked upon usage of the offer.
  4. Discounted Park Tickets are only valid on the ticket purchase day during the Promotion Period. Discounted Park Tickets not used on the ticket purchase day will be void.
  5. This offer is only available at the ticket windows at the Main Entrance to the Hong Kong Disneyland Park ("Park"). This offer is not available at the Hong Kong Disneyland Ticket Express at MTR Hong Kong Station or online or other sales locations outside the Park.
  6. Only Eligible Guests staying at the Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel or the Disney's Hollywood Hotel ("Hotel") can enjoy this offer at the Hotel front desks during the Promotion Period.
  7. Guests who did not present the Passport at the time of purchasing any Park ticket will not be entitled to any refund or reduction of the purchase price of any Park ticket.
  8. Guests who have already purchased any Park ticket at the published price may not subsequently use the Passport as a cash equivalent for ticket upgrade.
  9. Subject to the terms and conditions and the validity period applicable "Annual Pass", unused Discounted Park Ticket may, on the ticket purchase day, be upgraded to "Annual Pass" by paying the applicable price difference. For the avoidance of doubt, no upgrade of unused discounted Park Tickets may be made after the ticket purchase day.
  10. The above listed offer cannot be used in conjunction with other ticket promotions or discounts.
  11. Discounted Park Tickets are issued subject to these Terms and Conditions, and the Rules and Regulations of the Park which are set out in the website at www.hongkongdisneyland.com ("Website") and printed on the Park Guidemap. Admission to the Park is subject to the Rules and Regulations of the Park. Copies of the Park Guidemap are available at ticket booths or Guest Relations locations; Park tickets are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
  12. This offer is made in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China ("HKSAR") only. This offer may only be redeemed in the HKSAR in person by Eligible Guests at the locations specified in Sections 5 and 6 above. Hongkong International Theme Parks Limited ("HKITP") makes no representation that participation in this offer is appropriate or available in other locations and this offer is void in any jurisdiction where participation in such an offer is prohibited or restricted by law. Those who choose to participate in this offer do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent they are applicable .
  13. These Terms and Conditions are subject to the interpretation of HKITP which shall be final and conclusive.
  14. In the event of disputes, HKITP reserves the right to make final judgment on the dispute and otherwise in respect of this offer.
  15. HKITP reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions or to suspend or terminate this offer at any time without any prior notice.
  16. Personal data collected during this offer will be held, processed and used in accordance with the applicable privacy policy set out in the Website. Copies of HKITP's privacy policy are also available upon request at any of HKITP's ticket sales locations.
  17. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the English version and the Chinese version of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
  18. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the HKSAR.
