Membership Types
Adult members must be at least 16 years of age. For individuals, who are aged under 16, are welcome to join us as Junior Members.

Life Family Members
Membership Fee: HKD4,000
A Life Family Membership consists of a Host Member and a maximum number of 3 Supplementary Members who are the family of the Host Member. This membership is valid always and without the requirement of renewal. The Host of the membership is not transferable, however, the changes of the Supplementary Members can be made upon the Host’s request. Domestic Helper can also be included in this type of membership. Maximum of 2 domestic helpers can be included in the membership account with an additional HKD20 for each helper.

Family Members
Membership Fee: New Join HKD350 (Renew HKD300)
A Family Membership consists of a Host Member and a maximum number of 3 Supplementary Members who are the family of the Host Member. This membership is valid for 12 months and require to renew every year. The Host of the membership is not transferable, however, the changes of the Supplementary Members can be made upon the Host’s request. Domestic Helper can also be included in this type of membership. Maximum of 2 domestic helpers can be included in the membership account with an additional HKD20 for each helper.

Life Members
Membership Fee: HKD2,500
A Life Membership is an individual membership which is not transferable. This membership is valid always and without the requirement of renewal.

Annual Members
Membership Fee: New Join HKD220 (Renew HKD200)
The Annual Membership is an individual membership which is not transferable. This membership is valid for 12 months and require for renewal every year.

Junior Members
Membership Fee: HKD60
The Junior Membership is an individual membership which is designed for young people who are under the age of 16. The membership is not transferable, is valid for 12 months and require for renewal every year. The membership will only apply to small animal consultation since junior members have legal restrictions on access to veterinary clinics.

Payment Method
Renewal fee can be settled by:

• A crossed cheque made payable to “SPCA(HK)” (Please write applicant's name and contact number on the back of the cheque)
  
  
• Credit Card, (which should be valid for at least 2 months)
  
  
• Direct bank-in to SPCA(HK)'s HSBC account: 002-222438-001. Original Pay-in slip should be sent along with the membership application form by post to the Membership Department. Fax copy is also acceptable to Fax: 2511-5590 (Applicant's name and contact telephone number should be written on the copy)
