All vaccinations must be conducted by a registered veterinary surgeon.

    Declines & Referrals

In order to protect all participants in a class, we reserve the right to refuse entry to any dog who presents behaviour issues that may be overly dangerous, disruptive, or that may be exacerbated by participation in a group class. If any behaviour issues are discovered during a course and the trainer determines that it is in everyone's best interest that you seek private consultation, you will be recommended alternative private instructions instead.

We welcome you and your family members or human friends (up to 4 in total) per dog to join us from the 2nd lesson onwards. Please register your attendance with your trainer at the beginning of the lesson.

Video and tape recording are NOT permitted in the class.

Although courses are designed for adults, junior members of the family are also welcome.  Their attendance must be under the supervision of a parent to ensure the safety and comfort of everyone, humans and dogs alike, in the class.

    Absence

If your dog is not able to come to a lesson, we highly encourage you and your human companions to still attend.
